Healthcare in the United States is broken. We spend $5 trillion dollars a year and in return are ranked 48th in life expectancy, globally.

The # 1 cause of bankruptcy is medical debt. The system has proven it doesn’t work. The time is now for radical change.

How do we fix healthcare? Here’s what we believe.

We don’t need to spend more money. The USA simultaneously ranks #1 on healthcare spending and #48 on life expectancy. We need to spend the money differently. More preventative care & patient education, less weaponized paperwork.

The current players are not the source of the solution. They benefit too heavily from the system to change it. The solutions will come from those that are hurt by the healthcare system the most. Patients, employers, and independent provider practices.

Preventative care will require a more diverse care team of physicians, nurses, personal trainers, dieticians, therapists, sleep coaches, and many others. The hierarchical culture in healthcare will need to be eliminated in favor of a more collaborative culture, where viewpoints from all caregivers are welcomed and respected.

The complexity and cost of the healthcare system is a barrier to health. If we make care simpler and cheaper to engage with, people will engage with it. Our communities want to stay healthy.

Our Mission?

We are building the healthcare operating infrastructure of the future. Tools, playbooks, & research that create the bridge between the healthcare and health & wellness industries.

Infrastructure imagined purely through the lens of individuals, families, small employers, small providers, and the local communities they organize within.

We will provide the operating infrastructure to our allies, arming them with the same knowledge and leverage that the healthcare industry has weaponized for decades.
