The source of capital matters. Most capital investors do not have a business model that fits with an organization whose north star outcomes are local health outcomes on a 10+ year cycle.
We understand we need funding, but we are careful about where it originates.
Execute Local
The environment within which healthcare exists heavily influences health outcomes.
We prioritize deep execution at the local level, and are willing to give up size and scale to realize that goal.
